Day 1: Arrive Cochin
On your arrival at Cochin airport, our representative will transfer you to air-conditioned car as you will leave for your hotel to have short relax. Rest of the day is free for independent activities. Overnight stay at Cochin.
Day 2: Cochin
After your breakfast you will visit Mattancherry Palace, Santa Cruz Basilica, Chinese Fishing Nets, Fort Cochin, St. Francis Church and Indo-Portuguese museum. On completion of the sightseeing, you will leave to visit the Kathakali center to enjoy traditional Kathakali dance. Overnight stay at Cochin.
Day 03: Cochin – Athirapally
Have breakfast at the hotel, then leave for Athirapally. This is a land well known for the rivers, forests and also beautiful waterfalls. The Athirapally waterfall which is a major tourist attraction is the largest waterfall situated here in Kerala. Evening enjoy a walk to the famous waterfalls. Overnight stay at Athirapally.
Day 04: Athirapally – Valparai
After having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave for Valparai. On the way, you will visit Sholayar Dam and then reach the tea town of Valparai. This place is located almost 3,500 feet above the sea level on the Anamalai mountain ranges. You can relax for the remaining time period. Overnight stay at Valparai.
Day 05: Valparai
Have breakfast at the hotel. Rest of the day is free for independent activities or then can go out to take a look at the tea plantations or can also visit the tea factory. Overnight stay at Valparai.
Day 06: Valparai – Palaghat
After having breakfast at the hotel, you will drive towards the Western Ghats and can reach the plains of Tamil Nadu. Then you will reach Palaghat and check-in the hotel for short relax. In the evening you can well explore the villages, take long walks or then some short cycling trips along some small and winding roads. Visiting the local village temple to take a look at the evening rituals and pooja is also a good idea. Overnight stay at Palaghat.
Day 07: Palaghat – Sultan’s Bathery
Have breakfast at the hotel, then you will leave for Sultan’s Bathery which is located in the hill country of Wayanad. On the way you can well visit the elephant stables at Guruvayoor (Guruvayur). Overnight stay at Sultan’s Bathery.
Day 08: Sultan’s Bathery
Have breakfast at the hotel, then you can go for a long walk through the coffee plantations and can then visit the famous Edakkal Caves which are almost 5000 years old and can also go at Muthanga Wildlife Sanctuary. Overnight stay at Sultan’s Bathery.
Day 09: Sultan’s Bathery – Thalassery (Tellicherry)
After having breakfast at the hotel, then you will leave for Tellicherry the surroundings are just worth watching. You can also visit the local Moplah home and can enjoy the cuisine there. You can also learn a lot of cookery lessons from the hostess here. Overnight stay at Thalassery (Tellicherry).
Day 10: Thalassery (Tellicherry)
Have breakfast at the hotel, then you will go for sightseeing to visit Sree Jagannath Temple, Andaloor kavu, Sree Ramaswami Temple and Tirunelli temple. Overnight stay at Thalassery.
Day 11: Thalassery (Tellicherry) – Cochin – Mararikulam
After having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave towards Cochin railway station to board your train to Mararikulam. On arrival, you will check-in the hotel for short relax. Later you will visit Mararikulam Beach. Later you will visit a small town named as Cherthala, which is famous for the Thiruayranikkulam Kalathil temple and Kadavil Bhagavathi temple. Overnight stay at Mararikulam.
Day 12: Mararikulam – Cochin and departure
After having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave for Cochin. On arrival, you will be dropped at Cochin International Airport to board your flight to home/next destination.
